Advanced Gestures

Advanced Gestures is a tool which helps you quickly and properly create hand gestures for your VRChat 3.0 avatar.

As in "proper gestures", most people are struggling to create fist gestures that responds when slowly squeezing the trigger in VR, causing major issues with Index controllers or mixing up the Playable Layers which can cause unexpected results.

Once the package is imported, you should see a new tab "ImTiara" at the top of your Unity window. On this tab you will find Advanced Gestures.
If the tab does not appear, make sure to check your unity console for any errors which prevents the package from being fully imported.

Advanced Gestures comes with 3 different sets of tools:

• 1. Advanced Gestures (main configuration window to generate your gestures and for a quick overview).

• 2. Animation Splitter (Splits an animation into 2 animations that are used for the different playable layers FX & Gesture. This tool is super useful if you are using old animations that a 2.0 avatar has used).

• 3. Fist Generator (Automatically fixes your existing fist gestures so you can control them with your trigger in VR. This is mostly used if you need to quickly repair an avatar's fist gesture).
